APAM POLKADOT - Practise Makes Perfect

After I learned to make the apam polkedot on last Ramadhan (August 2011), I haven't try to do it anymore until my neighbour, Kak Azian, ordered the apam polkadot for her sis's wedding on the 29th January 2012. guess what, she ordered 500 pcs. pheww~~
a week before the wedding, I made the apam polkadot. Alhamdulillah, everything is soo good. the texture is nice n the taste is there. lega lah hati saya, takde lah rasa risau sgt utk buat 500 pcs tu. 
anyway, to any of you that have an electric steamer, you could use it to steam this apam polkadot as well. I just need to do it in 10mins time. well, it depends on your own type of steamer.

I brought this to Abg Syahir's house. when Fateh saw these kiut miut apam, he said "mamanis poketot!" hehehe..comel betul Fateh ni!
Fateh likes the apam very much. but, he always treat this 'poketot' as a toyy..haiyaa..
