I would like to share a recipe of kuetiaw kungfu which is
among the favourite dishes of both of us :)
Honestly, I often ate kuetiaw kungfu when I was in UIA, and
when we eat outside, I used to order this menu. Honestly (again), I don’t think
I can cook this dish because errr I thought it must be very difficult!!! *shoud
I mention again 'something'? ;)*
When I saw Mak prepare this kuetiaw kungfu, to my surprise,
its soooo easy! Believe me!
Here are the steps of preparing your own kuetiaw kungfu! I
bet it will be tastier than the one you ordered at the restaurants :D
1. Celurkan kuetiaw.
2.Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Sementara tunggu minyak
panas, pecahkan sebiji telur dalam mangkuk. Ambil kuetiaw mengikut kuantiti yg
kita mahu makan. Gaul2kan kuetiaw dan telur.
3. Gorengkan kuetiaw mengikut kerangupan yang anda suka. Keluarkan
ke dalam pinggan dalam.
* Note: Ulang proses 2 & 3 mengkut berapa bilangan
hidangan anda.
Penyediaan Kuah.
1. Buat sahaja sup macam biasa, mengikut selera masing2.
2. Curahkan sedikit air yg telah dicampur tepung jagung
untuk memekatkan kuah.
Apabila kuah dah siap, curahkan sahaja kuah tu ke atas
kuetiaw tadi.
Siap untuk dimakan. Mudah je kan :)
